Plans? is run by Makao. These terms explain how the Plans? app works and what we expect from everyone who uses it. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Plans? is
Plans? helps women in Kenya find things to do and other women to do them with. People create plans, others join, and everyone going can chat to coordinate. Places and events shown in the app are starting points; we do not run them.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older to create an account. Use your real first name and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Meeting people
Plans? does not screen or verify members, and we are not present at plans. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, and leave any plan that does not feel right. You decide who you meet and you are responsible for your own safety.
How to behave
Be kind and honest. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or pressure anyone. Do not post anything illegal, sexual, or misleading, and do not use Plans? to sell, recruit, or advertise without our written permission.
Reports and removal
You can report a plan, a person, or a message from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content, close plans, or suspend accounts that break these terms, with or without notice.
Events and places
External events and places belong to their organisers. Details can change; check with the organiser before you go. Buying tickets happens on the organiser’s own site, under their terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Plans? grows. If the changes are significant we will tell you in the app. Questions? Reply to any message from us or use the contact details on our website.
